1. How long does shipping take?
- Shipping to the United States: 7–15 business days
- International Shipping: 14–31 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll upload your tracking information as soon as possible. You can monitor your package on our Tracking Orders page or directly through the carrier’s website.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please contact support@trezli.com to start the return process.
4. How do I make a return or exchange?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@trezli.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a shipping address. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or send a replacement promptly.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact support@trezli.com immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation or changes will no longer be possible.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times can vary from 14 to 31 business days, depending on your location.
9. Are customs fees or import taxes included?
Import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
10. What if my package is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trezli.com within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage. We will only replace damaged items reported within this timeframe. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
